Leader
Graduates are expected to become leaders with a comprehensive understanding of One Health and the management of tropical and infectious disease disasters. They can work in institutions involved in the prevention, control, and mitigation of tropical and infectious diseases, such as the Health Department, Port Health Authority, Ministry of Health, as well as infection control specialists in hospitals and laboratories in Indonesia. Graduates are also expected to become leaders in the field, particularly in handling emergencies related to tropical and infectious diseases.
Academic educator
Graduates are capable of becoming academic educators who can serve as experts, teachers, and facilitators, as well as speakers in the field of tropical medicine and infectious diseases, with a holistic understanding.
Researcher
Graduates are able to conduct and coordinate research, whether individual or collaborative, in seeking solutions to health problems related to tropical and infectious diseases, focusing on both prevention and control with a One Health (comprehensive) orientation. They also possess the ability to collaborate across institutions to produce more comprehensive solutions.
Community activist
Graduates are capable of becoming community activists who are expected to contribute by providing knowledge on strategic measures during outbreaks to the broader community.
