The medical faculty is the overall winner of MTQ unsyiah

The Faculty of Medicine won the overall winner in the Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) event at the Syiah Kuala University, which was held from 25 – 28 February 2019 at the Jamik Mosque, Syiah Kuala University.


Of the 13 branches contested, the Faculty of Medicine sent representatives in all branches of the competition with a total of 23 participants.


The Faculty of Medicine was able to win the overall title after successfully collecting 46 points. With the details of the results: 6 race branches won 1st place, 5 race branches won 2nd place and 1 competition branch won 3rd place.


This decision was conveyed by the Council of Judges at the closing of the Unsyiah MTQ at the Jamik Mosque, Syiah Kuala University. The Dean and Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Medicine expressed their gratitude and congratulations for the achievements that have been contributed by the participants and the Champions from the Faculty of Medicine.


Furthermore, to the participants of the Faculty of Medicine, the MTQ winners at Syiah Kuala University will appear to represent Syiah Kuala University at the upcoming XIV National Student Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQMN). Where Syiah Kuala University will be the host.
