Registration Stages


1. Fill out the Syiah Kuala University Faculty of Medicine registration form, the form can be downloaded via the website: www.usk.ac.id

2. Files are sent via email in PDF form to the address: tkp.ppdsfk@usk.ac.id

3. Hardcopies of files including the registration form are sent in 3 ( three) copies (cumulative in order according to the requirements points) to the PPDS TKP Secretariat.
