USK Medical Faculty held a Socialization of Prevention and Handling of Violence in Teaching Hospitals on Friday, May 2, 2025. This activity was attended by KPS, education staff and students of the Medical Profession Study Program and the Medical Specialist Education Program (PPDS) of USK Medical Faculty.
This event aims to increase the understanding and concern of the entire academic community, especially professional students and residents, regarding the importance of creating a safe educational environment, free from violence, and supporting dignified learning.
In this socialization, participants were given an understanding by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of USK Medical Faculty, dr. Ferry Dwi Kurniawan, Sp.P(K)., Ph.D., FAPSR regarding the forms of violence that can occur in the teaching hospital environment, reporting mechanisms, and handling steps in accordance with USK Rector Regulation No. 17 of 2025 concerning Prevention and Handling of Violence in Teaching Hospitals.
