The Bachelor of Medicine Program aims to equip students with knowledge, attitudes, and skills according to the demand of internal and external stakeholders before pursuing to the medical doctor program. This program is the first one at Faculty of Medicine, Unversitas Syiah Kuala. It was established in 1982 to produce adequate numbers of medical doctors in Indonesia, especially in Aceh Province. Currently, the Faculty of Medicine at Universitas Syiah Kuala has 20 study programs and continues to develop itself to meet the needs of the education and medical world.
